Now through December 22, 2023, we are having a pet food and supply drive. Ocala Breeders’ Feed and Supply, has partnered with the Humane Society of Marion County for this fantastic effort. Donations can be made at any of our locations.
The Humane Society of Marion County is a non-profit no-kill shelter dedicated to caring for and protecting animals in Marion County, Florida. They have been serving homeless and neglected animals in Ocala and Marion County for over 55 years. Starting in 1964, with a couple of foster homes and a few good people, they have come a long way. The first facility was built in 1979.
The are many items that are needed in the day-to-day operations.
Below is a list of items to consider for donations:

Training Pads Treats Durable Dog Toys/Cat Toys
Milk Replacer Nursing Bottles Collars, leashes, harnesses
Cat litter Greenies pill pockets Brushes & combs
Soft blankets Pooper scoopers Garden rakes
Office supplies Clippers Batteries(AA & 9V)
Air horns Brooms & dustpans Bottled water
Any flea control, heartworm, or other medicine
